Data Deletion Instructions — VivaDialog

This page explains how to delete data that VivaDialog stores about you. VivaDialog is operated by Alchasoft Digital (Surabaya, Indonesia).

If you connected a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or Threads account

When you remove VivaDialog from your Meta settings, we delete automatically:

  • the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and Threads accounts you connected to VivaDialog;
  • the comments, direct messages, contact names, and automation logs we stored from those accounts;
  • your scheduled posts and post statistics for those accounts.

How to remove VivaDialog:

  1. Facebook and Instagram: in your Facebook settings, open Apps and websites (you can search for it in Settings), find VivaDialog, and choose Remove.
  2. Threads: in your Threads settings, open the list of websites and apps you gave access to, find VivaDialog, and remove it.

Meta then sends us a deletion request. You get a confirmation code and a link to this page where you can check the status of the deletion. Deletion normally finishes within minutes.

Your VivaDialog login and workspace are not deleted this way. To delete them as well, follow the next section.

To delete your VivaDialog account or workspace

In the VivaDialog dashboard, open Settings → Your data. The workspace owner can delete the workspace with all its connected accounts and data, and you can delete your own account (workspaces you own are deleted with it). You confirm with your password, and deletion happens at once. You can download a copy of your data there first.

If the workspace has paid invoices, we keep the payment records as the law requires; email privacy@vivadialog.com and we delete the rest within 30 days. You can also disconnect a single social account at any time under Settings → Connected accounts.

If you wrote to a business that uses VivaDialog

Your comments and messages to that business are stored in its VivaDialog workspace on the business's behalf. Ask that business to delete them. If you cannot reach the business, email privacy@vivadialog.com and we will help.

Backups

Database backups taken before updates may still contain deleted data until that backup is itself deleted.
