Cookie Policy — VivaDialog

This policy explains the one cookie VivaDialog sets, what we keep in your browser's local storage, and the third-party check on our sign-up forms. It applies to vivadialog.com and app.vivadialog.com. VivaDialog is operated by Alchasoft Digital (Surabaya, Indonesia). For everything else about your data, see our Privacy Policy.
1. The cookie we set

We set no other cookie. We use no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no tracking pixels.
vd_vid is not needed to use VivaDialog. If your browser's time zone is in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ask before setting it and set nothing unless you agree. Visitors from other regions get the cookie when they follow an affiliate link.
The dashboard can read the cookie, because it sends the visitor id to our server once you are logged in, so the referral is linked to your account.
2. What we keep in local storage
The dashboard (app.vivadialog.com) keeps a few values in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent with every request the way cookies are.

All four are needed for the dashboard to work as you set it, so we do not ask for consent before storing them.
3. Cloudflare Turnstile
The closed beta application form and the demo on vivadialog.com use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It loads only when you start typing in one of those forms. Cloudflare processes data about your browser and device to run the check, under its own terms: see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
4. How to remove or refuse cookies
- To remove
vd_vidor change your answer, delete the cookies and site data for vivadialog.com in your browser settings. If your time zone is in the regions above, you are asked again the next time you follow an affiliate link. - You can block cookies in your browser. VivaDialog keeps working; only affiliate credit is lost.
- Clearing local storage for app.vivadialog.com logs you out and resets your language choice.
5. Changes
If we add a cookie or change what one is used for, we update this page and the date at the top before the change goes live.
