VivaDialog Affiliate Program Terms
Version 2026-10-18-r2
These terms apply to the VivaDialog affiliate program, operated by Alchasoft Digital (Indonesian individual business, NIB 1610260084929, Surabaya, Indonesia). By joining the program you accept them. When these terms change, the version above changes.
1. Your code and the buyer discount
- Every affiliate gets a personal code. Buyers who use the code get 20% off.
- Affiliate codes apply to monthly plans only. The 12-month option is already 20% off and cannot be combined with a code (one transaction, one discount).
- One code per transaction. Affiliate codes cannot be combined with other promotions (for example LAUNCH50).
- Affiliates may not use their own code.
2. Attribution
- Commission is earned only for buyers who clicked your affiliate link (
/r/YOURCODE). A code used without a recorded click still gives the buyer the discount, but earns no commission. - Last click wins: if a buyer clicks affiliate A's link and then affiliate B's link, B earns the commission.
- Attribution does not expire. Browsers may limit cookie lifetime (about 400 days), so the cookie is renewed on every click; once a buyer's account is linked to an affiliate, that link stays.
3. Commission
| Plan | Commission |
|---|---|
| Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond | 30% |
- Calculated on the price after discounts (what the buyer actually paid).
- Lifetime recurring: earned on every successfully paid period for as long as the customer stays active. It does not stop after 12 months.
- Purchases made with the LAUNCH50 promotion earn no commission.
4. Payouts
- Commission is held for 30 days after the payment before it can be paid out.
- Minimum payout: $50.
- Payout method: Wise (for now; VivaDialog may change the method).
- Commission is forfeited if the related payment is refunded or charged back. If that commission was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
5. Not allowed
- Bidding on or running paid ads for the keyword "VivaDialog" (or variations of it).
- Spam, misleading claims, or presenting yourself as VivaDialog.
- Using your own code, creating duplicate accounts, or buying through your own link.
- Signing up with a disposable email address.
Breaking these rules means all unpaid commission is forfeited, your code is deactivated, and your affiliate account is blocked. Suspicious patterns (for example the same IP address or browser as the buyer) are held for manual review before payout.
